Refund Policy

All sales at Studio Caritas are final, with the following exceptions.

 

Art Mail Club

If you have been charged for a subscription renewal and wish to cancel, please contact us before your mail has been dispatched and we will issue a full refund. Once your mail has been sent out, we are unable to process refunds.

If you have not received your mail within 4-6 weeks of the expected send date, please contact us and we will resend your package at no additional cost. Please note that delivery times can vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

 

Art Prints 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on art prints. However, if your print arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will arrange a replacement.
