Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are ready. Art prints are made to order through a third-party printer, so processing times may vary. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched. Art Mail Club packages are sent out during the second week of every month.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally at an additional rate. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applicable in their country.

Art Mail Club Your monthly mail is dispatched during the second week of each month. If you have not received your package within 6 weeks of the expected send date, please contact us and we will resend at no additional cost. Please note that delays may occur due to postal service conditions beyond our control.

Art Prints Prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available. Please note that Art Mail Club envelopes are sent via USPS stamp and do not include tracking.
