2. Products All art prints are produced in limited editions and colors may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor calibration and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Studio Caritas. Purchasing a print or subscription does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. For Art Mail Club subscriptions, you will be billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

5. Cancellations You may cancel your Art Mail Club subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

6. Limitation of Liability Studio Caritas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the original purchase.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
